Job Description:

New Rochelle, NY-based company looking to hire Temp to Perm Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist.

Schedule: Monday -Friday, 10 am – 6 pm

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• They are looking for a strong admin who will take ownership of the role.
  
• Answer a high volume of calls
  
• Transfer calls to the appropriate individual
  
• Reach out to clients to arrange appointments with the General Manager
  
• Keep track of potential leads
  

  Requirements:

• Must have strong MS Office skills
