Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and files for orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order completion.
- Arrange scheduling and delivery logistics for steel component orders.
- Manage invoices for processing.
- Identify inventory shortages and communicate with relevant managers.
- Interface with forklift operators for will-call orders.
- Investigate receiving errors and improve quality processes.
- Maintain effective outbound shipping procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday
Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
