We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in Fraser, MI who is highly detail-oriented, has a positive attitude, and is self-motivated. Administrative Assistants are responsible for general correspondence, correspondence with owners and housing agencies, data entry, various reporting, providing support to a select portfolio, training and mentoring team members, and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills.

You Have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong email and telephone etiquette
• HUD and Tax Credit experience preferred 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Prior administrative experience
• Property management experience preferred
