Qualifications

• Prefer 15 years’ experience as an accomplished Administrative Assistant with solid tenures that thrives in roles that blend customer service and administrative skills.
• You naturally build strong relationships, are resourceful, highly responsive, detailed, excellent follow-up, and have a passion for serving others.
• You’re highly coachable and a quick learner.
• Highly prefer residing within 30 minutes of Cool Springs.

Key CSA Functions – You’ll be trained by one of the top CSAs in the firm!

• Manage incoming client calls with concierge service.
• Help manage onboarding paperwork for new clients.
• Serve clients by addressing questions, conducting research, and processing requests/transactions.
• Prepare client reports and maintain records/databases.
