Strittmatter Wealth Management Group (SWMG) is seeking an administrative assistant looking for a career path beyond just the basic admin duties. This person would be good with numbers and data entry. SWMG offers an Admin to Paraplanner Career Path that allows you to grow your knowledge and skill sets in the highly gratifying field of financial planning.

Our fast-growing financial planning firm is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual, who loves getting things done. We are looking for a perfectionist to assist our planners with administrative duties, financial planning data entry and the preparation of documents. We are a family-oriented, Christian based firm based in downtown Fort Worth, Texas

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
• Data entry into financial planning software and prepared forms
• Prepare and process meeting documents
• Process inbound/outbound mail, checks, etc.
• Copying, scanning, labeling and electronically filing documents
• Maintain client records within CRM database (Redtail)
• Interface with clients, team members, business partners and vendors
• Write and update job duties' checklist and instructions
• Be primary on telephones
• Be primary backup to the part-time receptionist
• Complete other requests and projects as needed
• Light cleaning

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
• Minimum 3 years' experience in as an administrative assistant or equivalent in a professional setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Experience in the financial or accounting industry preferred
• Three (3) professional references

• Quick and accurate at data entry
• Demonstrate superior customer service at all times
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with consistent follow-through
• Displays exemplary professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Commitment to provide high-quality work both to internal and external partners
• Must be professional, courteous and dependable
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Redtail CRM
• Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Teams
• Industry specific software (Morningstar, eMoney and Pershing 360)
