We are seeking anAdmin Assistant to assist the multi-disciplinary health care team in clinical support functions and promote a safe, compassionate patient care environment. The Admin Assistant will work in collaboration under the direction of the RN and Surgeon during surgical procedures. 

What will you do in this role? 

• Completes, executes and performs secretarial tasks, such as Scheduling procedures for OR,  entering patient charges, payroll, prepares surgery schedule for distribution

• Prepared daily on-call schedule for distribution.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required 

• BLS (AHA Healthcare Provider) is preferred

• Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred
