Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records for projects
- Coordinate between various departments to support smooth workflow and project execution
- Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are organized and accessible
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services in a professional manner
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and managing invoices as needed
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and take notes during team meetings
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory as required
- Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects to promote overall office efficiency
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably within contracting or a related industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with basic bookkeeping tasks and familiarity with office software
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
