Administrative Assistant - FHIA Remodeling

FHIA Remodeling is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join its growing team in Ft Lauderdale, FL. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Operations Team to put together permit packages for the replacement of residential windows. This includes filling out the Notice of Acceptance, Permit Application, Product Approval and site plan. In addition to putting together the permit package, the individual will be required to track the process through our CMS company program in order to communicate the status of the permit.

This is responsible management and administrative work requiring exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when performing duties.

What You'll Bring:

• Clear, precise oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills to include Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of BlueBeam program- a plus!
• Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a plus!
