Job Summary/Purpose:
The Gemini 3 Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a DOD contract.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
- Assist with the daily operation of the NE Directorate Front Office
- Maintain SharePoint lists, libraries, wiki pages, web parts, sites, and subsites
- Oversee Front Office calendars, taskers, office distribution
- Assist with planning, organizing, executing, documenting and pre-, post-support of workshops, training, conferences, and meetings
- Provide technical review of documents
- Assists with the technical writing of contracting documentation for Directorate Departments
- Prepare briefing materials, papers, program plans, and other material
- Manage Directorate level taskers via electronic task management; coordinate, and consolidate responses
- Office administrative and organization skills
- Command of the English language with exceptional technical review abilities (grammar, punctuation, etc.)
- Ability to work with Senior Leaders
- Knowledge and experience working with Defense Travel System (DTS)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Secret Clearance
- Have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
