Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented Renewal Assistant to join their client's team in Folsom, California. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to supporting the renewal teams with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide meticulous attention to detail while working closely with the renewal teams.
• Enter prospects into the system, update information, and submit proposals to the market.
• Act as a second set of eyes for the Sales/Renewal teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle data entry tasks with a solid understanding of processes.
• Communicate primarily with insurance companies and internal employees to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in data entry and understanding of process workflows.
• At least 2 years of administrative experience

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, first shift

Additional Details

Salary: $22 - $23 per hour
