Administrative Assistant/Exam Proctor

Must Haves: 

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative setting
•  Strong organizational skills
• Attention to details
• Very comfortable with zoom and Microsoft office suite, solid communication skills and comfortable speaking to large group of students over zoom 

Preferred: 

• Higher Ed experience preferred with knowledge of general academic policies and procedures

Description:
This position assists in the administration of academic tests and exams. Work with faculty to distribute the exam materials, monitor test taking to ensure fairness and integrity. Collects exams and submits to faculty or authorized administrator. Enforces test taking rules required by instructor relating to what students may or may not bring into the testing space such as technology and other personal belongings. Ensures quiet, comfortable space for test taking. Documents any observations suggesting lack of integrity to assist in student discipline process. Displays empathy and positive regard for students in stressful situations. Professional demeanor and appearance required.
