STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 2,500 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets.  STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group. 

We are currently looking for an energetic and dynamic Administrative Assistant team member that encompasses our positive and inclusive company culture join our team in our Baltimore office, which is located in Elkridge, MD.  As an Administrative Assistant for STRUCTURAL, you will be accountable for routine clerical duties including but not limited to front office receptionist tasks, data entry, filing, copying, overall office administration. 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

· Managing incoming and outgoing mail

· Working with construction documents and forms

· Assisting with answering and transferring phone calls

· Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office

· Assisting with greeting employees and visitors to the office

Candidates who meet the following criteria may be considered for this position:

· 2+ years of previous administrative experience

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transcribing abilities

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Flexible, skilled at multi-tasking, detail oriented and organized 

Candidates with the following background may be given preference:

· Bi-lingual English-Spanish
