6-9 month Special Project to help with work load
This is a project based assignment with no intention of going direct hire. The scope of the position is filing and catch up on filing while reorganizing. Responsible for the timely processing of various work items received by upper management.
Scope of Work
The most time-consuming work that we need to find a solution to is manual paperwork filing:
" This includes disassembly of the paperwork, scanning, updating traceability, physical filing.
" As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized records for our company
" You will be responsible for sorting, filing, and retrieving documents, as well as ensuring that all records are stored securely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
