Our client, a prestigious commercial property management company, is seeking an outstanding and friendly Commercial Property Administrator for their commercial office building located in Denver.
Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would have administrative experience in either or both the Real Estate industry and/or the Property Management Industry.
- Must have a professional demeanor and be self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro).(Required)
- Knowledge in Adobe Suite, Acrobat (required), and Illustrator (preferred)
- Experienced using Dropbox for file share.
- In this role you will not be the first point of contact, the ideal candidate will be motivated and proactive.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills; detail oriented; ability to multi-task.
- Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision-makers in a professional manner.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company.
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
