Job Description:
Title : Administrative Assistant
Duration: 3 Months initial contract (Temp to Permanent)
Required Skills and experience:
Admin Assistant role for the Office of the Co-Presidents. For qualifications, would advertise someone with 2-3 years' experience and degree strongly preferred.
Location: 28 Thorndale Cir, Darien, CT - Onsite.
"Provide administrative support to Office of the Co-Presidents
"At the direction of the Senior Administrative Manager (SAM), manage the co-president calendar.
"Collate and present meeting requests accurately to the SAM for approval, including escalating urgent requests
"Ensure necessary participations have been invited and accepted
"Set up zoom calls as needed
"Answer telephones and respond to email messages, giving appropriate information to callers or route call to designated official
"Working with other staff members in the Office of the Co- President(s) to arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
"Scheduling domestic and international business travel with the ability to anticipate problems; coordinate hotels/meetings/meals
"Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matter expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on items to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
"Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
"Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Executive Assistant focused primarily on Calendar Management for the Co-President, but reporting into the President's Head of Administration. Other Ad-Hoc assignments as needed.
