Position Summary
Reporting to the Lead Executive Assistant and Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing a range of administrative and operational support at Tyree & D'Angelo Partners. This is a very attractive role with the opportunity to interact with office visitors and will have high visibility to other employees of the firm.
Job Responsibilities
- Open and close office daily
- Maintain front desk and greet visitors in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Track upcoming meetings and set up meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment
- Answer and screen inbound calls on multi-line phones in a timely and polite manner
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
- Distribute incoming mail, prepare/send outgoing mail, and arrange couriers
- Monitor and track office and break room inventory and restock daily
- Submit monthly expense reports using Expensify
- Occasionally book restaurant, hotel, and flight reservations
- Act as liaison between office staff and vendors for office maintenance (PSD, Data-Tel, Xfinity Comcast, etc.)
- Maintain office equipment
- Keep office organized and tidy
Required Criteria (100% must be met for consideration)
- Previous experience in customer service settings
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. required
- Schedule: Must be able to work M-F in the TDP Office in Dallas from 7:30am-4:30pm
- Occasionally 7:00am-4:00pm to set up breakfast on Board Meeting days (<2 per quarter)
