They will manage calendars, handle expenses, and make travel arrangements, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Fully manage and maintain calendars for senior leaders, ensuring consistency and expectations.
- Handle expense reports accurately and within deadlines.
- Make travel arrangements as needed, coordinating both domestic and international trips.
- Supervise general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining record management systems.
- Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports, distributing them accordingly.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of overall experience in the field.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Extensive experience in calendar management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft internal tools.
- Previous experience in business administration, preferably supporting Microsoft executives.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient Excel skills, including v-lookups.
- Strong event planning and coordination experience.
