Administrative Assistant - Collin Edmonds Agency- Farmers Insurance

Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and creative Administrative Assistant to join our Dallas office. In this in-person role, you will work closely with a network of over 80 agency owners and 200 staff members, supporting district operations and helping drive success. This position offers hands-on experience, performance- based bonuses, and a clear path for advancement into role like Agency Business Consultant or District Manager.

Responsibilities

*District Reporting: Update, maintain, and analyze performance metrics across a large network of agency owners and their teams. *Promotions: Assist in coordinating and tracking district promotional campaigns to ensure engagement and results. * Scheduling and Organization: Plan and Schedule meetings, district training sessions, and events, while maintaining an organized system for resources and materials. *Communication: Act as the central point of contact for agency owners and staff, managing email correspondence and addressing inquiries. *Research: Conduct research to provide accurate information and support for agency-related questions. *Event Planning: Organize district events, training programs, and team-building activities. *Support for Licensing: Obtain an insurance license (if not already licensed) to expand your knowledge and support district operations effectively.

*Previous administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced, professional environment. *Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage large scale operations. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) *Exceptional, proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities. *Career-Focused individual eager to grown within the company. *Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus but not required
