Administrative Assistant - Bartlett Tree Experts

This position entails shared administrative responsibilities between two team members. 

• Provide administrative support for a team of 5 arborists at our office - to include scheduling appointments, expense reports, processing invoices and other administrative tasks as needed
• Answers incoming phone calls in a high call volume environment while making outbound calls related to customer inquiries, services scheduled, etc.
• Works well independently and takes initiative. A strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently is paramount.
• Treats all team members with equality and respect.
• All duties to be performed in the local office during business hours. This is not a remote position.
