Our office is professional, fast-paced, and full of energy. We are seeking a motivated candidate interested in an administrative support role. This is an entry level administrative position supporting all areas of our firm. As the employee masters the different duties within the department, new and more challenging duties and projects will be introduced based upon the employee’s skill set.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office located in Huntington Beach, CA.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients, both over the phone and in person.
• Handle a variety of office tasks including copying, scanning, printing, and distributing mail.
• Assist with accurate and timely data entry, ensuring our records stay up to date.
• Support our Account Managers with exciting, diverse projects as they arise.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of important documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour dependent upon experience

A wide salary range is posted for this position and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
