Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative - CNC Manufacturing Inc

The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative interacts with our clients on a daily basis; addressing concerns, entering orders, invoicing, and fielding questions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, persistent, and knowledgeable, with a friendly yet professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Answer & respond to phone calls & emails
• Input orders & returns
• Assist with accounting processes (invoicing, A/R, merchant services)
• Conduct basic administrative tasks such and copying., scanning, & filing
• Assist with repair, exchange, and return processes
• Work closely with Sales, Assembly, Repair, and Shipping
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction.
• Create & maintain customer data files
• Become an expert on our products and services

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in customer service environment preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Marketing experience/knowledge helpful but not required
• Intermediate level of computer skills with Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks preferred
• Professional manner, strong work ethic
• Perform other duties as required
