Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Representative

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Geneva, IL

Pay: Based upon experience.

Our successful insurance client is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Representative, marketing guru all in one. You would work with a fun team and deepen your knowledge of the insurance world working for one of the fastest growing insurance agencies in America.

Job Summary: Often the first point of contact for our customers, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing customer service concerns, inquiries and activities between clients and customers. Provides routine information and support for our complete insurance book of business. Ability to sell the value and retain policyholders.

Responsibilities:

• Services customers in a fast-paced environment via inbound and outbound calls to assist those with questions and concerns, benefits and/or solving service and claims issues.
• Ability to service 90% of calls independently, using the tools and resources acquired in training and continued experience.
• Collect, document, and enter data from and into applications as needed.
• Exhibits and practices the Organization’s Common Purposes and Shared Traits.
• Understands organizational objectives, supports process improvements, and provides feedback to leadership as needed.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of database software such as Salesforce.

Preferred Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules.
• Conversational in French or Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of Zoom
• Property and Casualty license is helpful but not required.
