The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the office staff of this high volume catering hall on a daily basis with many tasks. Tasks will include making appointments communicating across departments. Oversee and place orders for upcoming events.

Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Responsibilities:*
- Report to Banquet office Director
- Maintain all Records confidentially
- Administrative support, filing, data entry
- Responsible for receiving all packages & Quality Control
- Must have car to pick up items needed for events
- Calendar management, including coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings and company events
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Communicating and interacting with all levels of staff
- Serve as a resource for basic company policies and procedure
- Meet and greet customers
- Place orders
Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Qualifications:*
- 1-2 Years in Customer Service
- 2 -4 years of Administrative experience
- Experience in Hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have extreme attention to detail
- Superior organization and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel & Outlook
- Type 65 wpm
- Willingness to travel
Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Qualifications:*
- NYC DOH Food Handlers certificate (Preferred)
- Language: Bilingual (Preferred)
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
