Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Costa Mesa, California. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing essential administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, during standard office hours.
Benefits
Competitive pay ranging from $24 to $26 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
