Administrative Assistant - Corporate Operations at Uline

• Support the Business Continuity Manager with reporting assignments and clerical duties.

• Collect and organize data to write memos and reports.

• Maintain and update department documentation, project tracking and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate department meetings, luncheons and other events.

Minimum Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
