Administrative Assistant at Pittsburgh Dispatch Service, Inc.

Job Purpose:

To fulfill the daily tasks of data entry and filing of paperwork, among other clerical duties on a full-time basis.

Duties:

* Uses company TMS to prepare and process paperwork associated with daily shipments.

* Maintains and manages internet sites associated with day to day operations.

* Answers and directs incoming phone calls to the appropriate team members.

* Interacts (via phone/email) with vendors and customers to provide updates of current shipments.

* Files paperwork and updates electronic data/records.

Skills/Qualifications:
Transportation/Logistics Experience Preferred, Organizational Skills, Data Entry Skills, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Collaborative, Verbal Communication
