Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to support the daily operations of the Contract Administration/Risk Management Department. This includes performing diversified duties such as record updating, document uploading, purchase orders, scanning and any support to the Contract Administration Coordinators.
Hiring Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent including courses in business administration.
- 2 years of experience in administration desirable. Education may be substituted for experience.
- Demonstrated construction experience or understanding is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent communication skills required; excellent interpersonal and organization skills mandatory.
- Possess a disciplined attitude regarding processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated competency with all components of Microsoft Office software applications and proficiency with other software applications.
- Professional, able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
