Administrative Assistant (CONTINGENT) - ROGERCO, Inc.

ROGERCO, Inc. delivers advanced technology, cybersecurity, communications advisory, and multi-media services and is looking for a talented, seasoned graphic designer to join our creative team of artists to support a Navy client. Ideal candidates have an active Secret security clearance and previous communications work experience for the federal government, preferably defense. This position is on-site in Newport, Rhode Island. Candidates must also have an active SECRET security clearance and previous experience with the federal government preferred. Contingent upon award of contract.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support the graphics and visual information team administrative services. Duties may include:
• Draft reports providing weekly metrics and data reports related to VI products delivered and status against milestones.
• Photocopy and scan documents
• File and retrieve documents from the Visual Information File Share Server
• Distribute Visual Information and Imaging group mail when received on a daily basis
• Enter tasking request information including customer, job order number, project requirements and descriptions into the Visual Information Tracking System (VITS)
• Submit customer inquiries to the appropriate Government points of contact;
• Create memorandums, letters, emails, rosters;
• Reserve meeting rooms and invite required attendees for Visual Information and Imaging group meetings using GFI
• Complete Facilities Department electronic work requests
• Review the Visual Information File Share Server and physical (paper) filing system to ensure correct file naming conventions and formats are being used

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years professional experience (federal government or DoD experience preferred)
• Experience with visual information preferred
