About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing Construction team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle office tasks, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Duties:
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate projects by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Transcribe documents accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clerical support by maintaining database and reporting.
- Assist with office tasks using various software applications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Bluebeam is a plus!
