Position Details
As an administrative assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the daily operations of our dual diagnosis treatment team (DDTT).
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Record keeping and filing.
* General clerical skills (i.e. phone etiquette, word processing, data entry, report generation).
* Claims processing and reconciliation.
* Supporting program staff in completion of their responsibilities.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving and people skills.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* High school diploma or GED
* Active driver's license and ability to pass appropriate state and federal clearances
* Proficient using computer systems such as Microsoft 365, including Excel and Outlook
* Experience working in an office or clinical setting preferred
