ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
$18.00 – $20.00 AN HOUR
1ST SHIFT

Looking for an energetic, well organized, cheerful, and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. You will be supporting the President and Vice President  and entering orders into our system. You will be answering all incoming calls and greeting visitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience with entering data in a computer.
· Managing and ordering all office supplies.
· Scanning and filing documents.
· Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be able to communication effectively both internally and externally and work with drivers picking up material. 
· Must have experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook. QuickBooks a plus.
