About the Job
Our client, a growing construction and disaster restoration firm in New Jersey is looking to add an experience Office Admin / Project Coordinator to their team for their Cliffwood, NJ location. Great opportunity in a growing office that can lead to management and long-term career growth!
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete internal job file quality reviews
- Must possess strong telephone skills
- Maintain the job files from start to finish
- Follow up with customers via telephone/email
- Prepare invoices for billing
- Make collection calls, as necessary
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
- Experience in service industry environment a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of office-related experience
- Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to work individually and with others
- Ability to maintain focus and stay on task, without direction
- Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Bilingual a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- must be extrememly time oriented - tardiness will not be tolerated
Hours
- 40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required
- 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR 8:00am - 4:00pm
45,000 - 47,000
