Client Job Title: Temporary Program Coordinator
Hourly: $20-$22 (up to 25/hr if we HAVE to)
Duration: 4 months  7/1-10/25/2024

Must Haves:

• Strong administrative experience including supporting events
• intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, including ability to analyze data and produce data visualizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills (Manage the teams inbox)

Preferred:

• Passion for and/or experience in supporting women’s empowerment initiatives, global education, exchange, and training, and/or women in STEM highly encouraged.
• Experience support the procurement and contracts process by liaising with potential and actual vendors, drafting documents and securing signatures;

Job Summary/Description: A leading nonprofit is looking for a strong administrative support person to join the team on a contract basis.  The ideal candidate has experience with Passion for and/or experience in supporting women’s empowerment initiatives, global education, exchange, and training, and/or women in STEM highly encouraged and a background in administrative roles.
