Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative assistant to join our team.
This is a full-time, on-site position with expected hours M-F 8:30am-5pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers
- Open and distribute mail
- General office support functions including maintaining office appearance and functionality
- Pull reports as directed by sales manager, staff and agents
- Process paperwork
- Data entry
- Support agents and their use of company technology
- Responsible for office’s social media presence
Requirements:
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize
- Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast past environment
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous real estate experience preferred
- Administrative assistant experience preferred.

Annual Salary:
$38,000-$42,000
