Minimum requirements for the position include:

Minimum of High School diploma required;

Proven ability to be proactive with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word);

Bilingual a plus

Ability to travel throughout the cities of Chelsea and Everett and to and from FKO’s administrative office in Winthrop.
