- Maintain accurate and organized records, documentation, and files, including more complex or sensitive materials (e.g., employee files).
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle other related tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with computer-based accounting software and office management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience with a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy office environment.
- 2-3 years of general office experience (experience in a service-related or similar industry is a plus).
- Associate’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
