Our client, a diversified media company in Carmel, IN is growing and looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant.
This is an Evaluation Contract-to-Hire opportunity paying $20.00 per hour. Our client is looking for someone seeking a career, and they offer a nice benefit package and the opportunity to work in a fun, friendly and fast paced environment.
What will you do as the Administrative Assistant?
Our client provides mail advertising services and marketing. In this role you will be responsible for assisting everyone in the office with filing project materials, answering phones, preparing monthly mailings using mail merge in Word, fast and accurate data entry into Excel to monitor sales activity, and proofreading of all communications and advertisements.
What qualifications will you have as the Administrative Assistant?
- Expert user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- At least 2 years' current tenure as an Administrative Assistant
- Must be looking for a career position and have a proven strong work ethic
- Ability to handle many different personalities with ease
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Must have a sense of urgency as this is a deadline driven environment
- Strong customer service skills
