Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling all home care aids and filling all open shifts
- Matching caregivers to the clients based on their qualifications and the care plan
- Document information in the contact management system
- Build relationships with clients and care-givers and offer exceptional customer service
- Monitor phone and email and assist with scheduling changes in a timely manner
- Maintain a database of staff including their licensures and availability
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
- At least 1 year of recent experience working in an administrative or office position with similar responsibilities including scheduling, working in a database, and phone/email communication
- Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Details, Compensation and Hours
- This is an hourly position paying about 22-23/hr on a temporary basis and could increase up to 23-24/hr once converted to permanent
- Hours for this position are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 am to 4 pm on Friday
- This is an in-person, full time position
- Assignment is temp to perm, with the conversion to permanent based on performance
