About the Job
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with a great attitude and a strong work ethic to join our high-performing team.
The Administrative Assistant role is primarily to act as administrative support for the Account Managers, Project Managers, Production and Operations employees. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, providing a high level of customer service and problem solving capabilities.
Responsibilities :
Answering phones and distributing calls throughout the company. Organize and maintain projects including: contracts, work orders, billings, and correspondence.
Organize, file and upload daily paperwork submitted by technicians. (Experience with PowerPoint helpful.)
Assist in the accounts receivable process.
Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Assist with QuickBooks time and attendance and other company distributed software solutions.
Job Requirements :
Must have a professional appearance, reliable, and excellent customer service skills. Well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task to handle several projects at once and possess excellent phone answering skills.
Experience/Minimum Requirements :
Strong organization skills
Blue-Collar Service Industry
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Familiar with QuickBooks
Must be able to multi-task to handle several projects at once
