Position Summary:

As a Campus Administrative Assistant at Concorde Career College, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Campus President and Department Heads. You will be the driving force behind efficient administrative operations, ensuring that our campus runs smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting planning, report creation, and more for the Campus President and Department Heads.
• Maintain confidential personnel files, adhering to HR policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle campus mail efficiently, ensuring the proper scanning and distribution of important documents.
• Maintain compliance-related filings, acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies to ensure our campus remains in good standing.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and track credential and accreditation documents for all new hires.
• Maintain campus supplies inventory.
• Provide backup support for Test Proctor and Receptionist.
• Act as the campus contact for facilities and security vendors.
• Facilitate on-campus clinics and manage student immunization records.
• Assist the Business Office with various tasks.
• Some overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.
• Willingness to run errands off-campus when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 80 wpm typing speed).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $25-$28hr (Based on education/experience)
