Onsite Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you Will:
• Perform a diverse range of routine office duties, including typing, invoicing, maintaining records and files, data entry, and coordinating meeting/travel arrangements.
• Process and manage expense reports, handle vendor management, and run various reports to support operational needs.
• Provide comprehensive assistance with purchasing gifts, merchandise orders, and coordinate shipping and receiving. Investigate and resolve order or return issues, and expedite activities as needed.
• Offer support to a 19-person team, including maintenance of facilities, catering, and other clerical/administrative and support duties as required.
• Take charge of event planning and execution, encompassing business-related meetings, offsite department events, team-building activities, and group meetings.
Profile:
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills. Able to manage time effectively and conduct internet research, as necessary.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Capable of understanding work implications and providing recommendations for solutions.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive material.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00- $30.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
