About the Job
Our client, a university in greater Boston, is looking for an administrative assistant to join their team! The role pays up to 25/hr depending on experience and is a contract for at least 2-3 months. This role is fully onsite in Cambridge, and qualified applicants are encouraged to apply!
- Work with 2 faculty and support other department efforts, such as admissions work, open houses, and more university events.
- Oversee purchasing, booking meetings, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation, etc.
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, ordering lab supplies, finance reconciliation, travel booking and reconciliation, website updates.
