About the Job
Alphanumeric is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work in Cambridge, MA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.
HYBRID: Flexibility with an on-site requirement with a minimum of 3 days on-site presence required per week.
NOTE: PARKING WILL BE REIMBURSED BY GSK. Receipts must be submitted with expense each month
HOURLY PAY: $39
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* 5 years of administrative operations management, non-technical project management, direct executive support or corporate event planning experience.
* Experience dealing with highly confidential information.
* Ability to work independently and without direct supervision. Ability to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst uncertainty.
* Must be proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
* Experience with Web conferencing, LiveMeeting.
* Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly accommodate to new applications and tools. Experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders. Capable of prioritizing business needs and make trade-offs across all stakeholders accordingly.
* Experience managing comprehensive international travel arrangements.
* Have exceptional attention to detail and commit to faultless execution on task.
* Credible, adaptable, and someone who demonstrates resourcefulness, strong initiative, and ownership.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Demonstrates proficiency in interpersonal and team skills in order to interface internally and externally with personnel from all levels of the organization, across multiple geographies.
