Job description

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the owner, administrators, schedulers, caregivers, and clients. Responsible for the daily operations and quality of the agency. The administrative assistant also serves as the contact point, advocate, and informational resource for clients, care team, family, caregivers, and community.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner
• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets
• Log all client and caregiver activity and records utilizing our software system
• Resolve issues that arise with caregivers or clients
• Recognize and capture opportunities to increase service hours in scenarios to enhance and/or increase quality care

Who we are looking for:

• Passionate about caring for others, especially seniors
• Has interpersonal skills and works well in a team
• Is patient and has good listening skills
• Able to work independently without micro-management
• Knowledge of the senior care field preferred but not required
• Very organized
• Has computer skills proficient in Excel and Word
• Can work Monday thru Friday from 8a-5p with an hour lunch
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
