Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Guest Relations:
- Answer and direct phone calls, including off-hours message distribution.
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and customers for meetings, appointments, and services.

Office Support:
- Perform general administrative duties: copying, filing, mailing, faxing, and managing office directories.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure office supplies are stocked.
- Provide support in customer service, finance, and HR tasks as needed.

Scheduling & Event Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and provide support for meetings.
- Take action on managers meeting notes and distribute accordingly.
- Coordinate catering for events.

Communication & Special Projects:
- Prepare basic correspondence such as emails and letters.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the manager.
- Perform other region-specific duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of related administrative experience.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation.
- Experience with basic office equipment and phone systems.
- Strong typing skills (35 WPM, including alphanumeric and 10-key).
- Familiarity with billing, payment processing, rate orders, and contracts.

Communication:
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

Problem Solving & Quality:
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues when necessary.

Time Management & Productivity:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Follow-through on projects with minimal supervision.
