Administrative Assistant at Manpower

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED IN SAN DRAW, WY IMMEDIATELY PAY IS DOE. Manpower is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Boulder, WY. In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks to support our daily operations and ensure smooth functioning in the office.

 Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: San Draw, WY

Pay Range: $15 and up DOE plus Daily Per Diem

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain supply inventory and anticipate supply needs
• Provide general support to visitors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• QuickBooks, AP/AR, Invoices, Weekly Payroll
