What's a typical day as an Administrative assistant? You'll be: - Planning and arranging logistics for meetings and events of different scales. - Assisting with space allocation and optimization. - Maintaining the contents of display monitors. - Managing the site purchase orders. - Maintaining and ordering office supplies as needed. - Team administration and operations support. Maintain internal processes that support site operations and coordinate internal and external resources to support workflows. - Working on special projects as assigned by the Leadership team. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - Have a high school diploma and 2-4 years of experience in administrative support. - Have experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Have superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Are able to perform a variety of tasks. - Can complete tasks with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. - Have a certain degree of creativity and latitude. - Are proficient in Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Office suites, SharePoint, and supporting electronic document point. - Have a keen interest in task readiness and a desire to grow and challenge yourself. - Are flexible and have an upbeat attitude, motivated to develop yourself.
