Administrative Assistant
Boston, MA
12 Months with a high possibility of extension
Work Schedule: 14 hours/week
Location: hybrid, potential once a week onsite. day of week to be determined due to meetings
• CELP(Chief Executive Leadership Portfolio) Support:
• Booking space when program team is not available
• Assisting with the communications plan for all programs (sending faculty articles to CEO list)
• Assisting with presentations (creating templates/layout/formatting/running reports)
• Assisting with communications to collect testimonials
• Assisting with campus visits for key clients
• Assisting with Salesforce data management
• Assisting with research and assembly of 12–15-page in-depth research reports on each attendee of the NCEO workshop
• Coordinating with MSP to prepare, edit, and produce faculty binders for NCEO
• Assisting with the preparation of slides for faculty for their respective sessions for NCEO
• Coordinating with faculty and EAs to schedule teaching group meetings, preworkshop interviews, and follow-up interviews.
