SEMA staff handle legal matters from various areas of the Attorney General’s Office (AGO), including the Government and Public Protection & Advocacy Bureaus. SEMA also provides on-site assistance to residents with civil rights, consumer, and labor issues, and serves as a regional hub for the implementation of AGO-wide priorities that involve community outreach, education, and policy initiatives. _Primary Duties:_ The Administrative Assistant works directly with the Division Chief in supporting the administrative needs of the Division, including managing workflow to ensure the timely completion of projects; overseeing office procedures and protocols; tracking cases; compiling records; and assisting in the development, implementation, and presentation of the Division’s priorities. The Administrative Assistant reviews all external correspondence received by SEMA for appropriate action and serves as SEMA’s contact for divisions across the office, including the Human Resources, General Counsel, IT, Budget, and Operations Divisions and other Executive Bureau staff.
