Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling data entry, producing reports, and corresponding between various areas. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have basic tech savvy skills. They should be able to multitask and have leadership skills. The Administrative Assistant should also have excellent customer service and customer support skills.

Responsibilities/duties:
- General Data entry into both agency and State computer systems.
- Assist Accounting Manager with Heavy data entry experience.
- Must be an organized professional. Enter reports in excel from field managers.
- Answer Phone, greet visitors, filing, process reports received from different job sites/project managers and enter in excel.
- File and enter data into computer system for invoicing and manage all paperwork coming in. Set up housing for field staff.
- Sort mail, retrieve mail w/ company vehicle. Good Phone etiquette - someone sharp.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel/Word - Accuracy. Enter data into an already established spreadsheet and Word.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning various computer programs.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
- General knowledge about golf
- Proven experience as an administrator Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must pass Background Check, Drug Test, and have a valid drivers license.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Possibly Saturdays 7:00am-1:00pm.
Rate of Pay:$17 depending on experience.
